The simplest way to get healthy

Last time I wrote you, I explained about a weight-loss trend that’s NOT a fad.

I’m going to continue that theme today by revealing something I’ve pegged as the simplest way to get healthy.

Forget about all those diet tricks you read in the magazines or those “magic pills” that are advertised on TV.

This is a SIMPLE way to get and stay healthy…

The key to getting healthy is very simple. All you need to do is know how to count.

It sounds ridiculous, but that’s about all it takes. If you can count calories, micronutrients, and macronutrients—and keep those numbers where they need to be—it’s really easy to get and stay healthy.

Now, today I plan on making things even simpler than that!

You can forget calories and micronutrients for now. If you focus on macronutrients—fat, protein, and carbohydrates—you’ll have unlocked the simplest way to get—and stay—healthy.

The reason so many people fail to achieve their health goals is because the boundaries they set are unrealistic.

Do you honestly believe that you could limit your diet to nothing but tuna and crackers or kale salad?

That sounds painful.

But thankfully, you don’t have to.

Getting healthy doesn’t have to involve a drastic change to your diet or an intense exercise program.

In fact, you can even keep eating fast food if you’d like.

Like I said, the trick to weight loss is by tracking the macronutrients that you put into your body.

The hardest part is to calculate what these macro numbers are because they’re different for everyone.

Lucky for you, there are plenty of FREE online tools that do the work for you.

A simple google search will point you in the right direction—any online macronutrient calculator should do.

These programs generate your macronutrient management plan by giving you three separate numbers that correspond to the amount of fats, carbs and proteins you can eat per day.

You can eat whatever you’d like. Just make sure you don’t go over these numbers.

It’s simple.

If you exceed your macronutrients you’ll gain weight. If you don’t, then you’ll lose weight.

So how do you make sure you stay within these numbers and reach your weight loss goal?

Read nutrition labels. All the information is there for you.

The only requirement from your end is to do some basic math before or after each meal to track fats, proteins and carbs.

If you’re eating at a restaurant or happen to be eating food that doesn’t have a nutrition label, then look it up.

Many restaurants are required to make their nutrition facts available to the public and there are plenty of apps or online tools that will find the macros for certain foods without labels.

No excuses!

You wouldn’t guess the ingredient amounts to a baking recipe.

You’d follow the instructions so it turned out EXACTLY like the picture on the box.

So why wouldn’t you treat your body the same way?

If you follow the instructions and add the right amount of ingredients, you will find yourself getting healthy in the simplest way possible!
